Last days in Hawaii

So we're beginning our blog from the few weeks prior to our leaving Hawaii.

About a month or two before we left, we went to a picnic with my mom at Kualoa Beach Park. It was our last time at the beach.

China Man's Hat

I just LOVE his hair!

The girls come up with all kinds of poses now

Last look at the Pacific

Li'l Steve was so proud of the drift wood he found

I'm not sure what he was pointing to, but the smiley face inner tube and the pose were too cute to pass up!

The girls were in a children's choir. This video was taken during their rehearsal because the concert was a few days after we left. This song is about Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his dream of equailty.

Tanie is the girl in the bottom left corner and Neena is in a white t-shirt behind the girl with the pink camouflage pants.

Steve was singing in the Night Show for PCC (Polynesian Cultural Center) from Feb - Apr 2008. here is the video clip of his last night:

Such cute pics! how far are you guys from any beach now?

There is a painting of an old chinese man sitting in the water and feeding fish and his hat is what maked up the island of Chinaman's Hat... I show the book to my girls and every time we pass Chinamans Hat they ask about the man feeding the fishes! They are so gullable!
